This Japanese custom milliner was known for its beautiful use of feathers in high priced toppers. The pillbox hat has a round, slightly curved crown, with a wide band. The hat is absolutely covered in a variety of pheasant feathers, arranged in a floral bloom like pattern originating from the center of the crown. Feathers are bright and iridescent! Lined.
